How To Become an ICT Student?

We live in an era characterized by rapid change and a crucible of that change is the ICT industry. Most ICT professionals find themselves under constant pressure as they strive to deliver ever more complex technologies in the presence of increasingly severe constraints and a paradigm
shift in the ICT profession. Although the effects of change are pervasive and few of us are immune to them, they are virtually a constant in the lives of many ICT professionals. Not everybody is equally well equipped to deal with constant change and uncertainty. Indeed, some people find it difficult to function in highly unstable, changing environments. Although there might be some niches within the ICT industry for such people, on the whole they are likely to find the life of an ICT professional stressful and even threatening.
Even professionals who do not occupy technical roles are highly exposed to the challenges of change and are often responsible for implementing the strategic organizational change that emanates from technological innovation.Indeed, in many organizations, ICT professionals have become critical agents of change.

My Dream, My Future

Having a dream isn't stupid, norm. It's not having a dream that stupid. Although the world is full of suffering, it is also full of the overcoming of it. If you don't daydream and kind of plan things out in your imagination, you will never get there. So you have to start some place. Those who are not interested to have a successful future cannot keep themselves from safe.
The most important thing that we reach our goal or dream in our life is having knowledge, it is love, light and vision. People like me, want to have a successful future, not only a dream but I try my best. People like me are always blaming our circumstances for what they are. I don't believe in circumstances.

Change: It Starts With Me

I am capable, I don't have to be a certain way because of what happened in the past. Everyday is a new day. it's silly to think I can't help being the way I am.I don't need someone else to take care of my problems. I can't solve other people's problem for them. I don't have to take on other people's problem as if they were my own. They are capable and can take care of themselves. I can care and be of some help, and I can do everything for them.
There is more than one way to do something. More than one person has good ideas that will work. There is no one and any best way. Everybody has ideas that are worthwhile. Some may make more sense to me than others, but everyone's ideas are worthwhile, and everyone has something to contribute.

Kanawidan the Ylocos Festival

The celebration was opened by a celebrated mass held at the St. Paul Metropolitan Cathedral followed by a procession of the patron saints of the 40 parishes and images of Jesus Christ and Virgin Mary around the province’s capital city. This shows the deep rooted religiosity of the Ilocanos. Rev. Fr. Roque Reyes who officiate the mass articulated in his homily that this festivity is the time to thank the Almighty not only for the abundance He showered for the province but also the rich heritage of the place including the strong ties among the Ilocano families.
A traditional opening ritual was performed by the students of the Ilocos Sur Special Highschool for Culture and the Arts, Vice Gov. DV Savellano and the officials of the DepEd Ilocos Sur to formally start the different contests for elementary and highschool students. These include traditional tribal rituals, choir and glee club competition, marching band contest, traditional music ensemble, dance drama, traditional and folk dances, contemporary dance competition and street dancing showdown. This highlight according to the officials is their way to encourage the young Ilocanos to learn the indigenous songs and dances so that these will continue and become familiar to the young generations.

"New Year, New Me"

"New Year, New Life" we always hear this quotation if new years coming. We also hear the New Year's resolution and everyone of us have our own. New Year's resolution is that you want to change or do in new years life.
For me, I want to change my life by improving it. I have also my new year's resolution, one is I want to change all my bad attitudes. Even though I may be faced with difficult task,is better to try than to avoid them. Avoiding task does not opportunities for success or joy ,but trying does. I would listen more carefully to what my heart says. I would know that school would end soon enough and work would, well never mind. I don't have to be a certain way because of what has happened in the past.
"Everyday is a new day, New Year is a New Life." It silly to think, I can help myself being the way I am. Of course I can,I can change.

Equal Right, Equal Opportunities

The essence of the equality of opportunity is a stipulation that all people should be treated similarly, unhampered by artificial barriers or prejudices or preferences, except when particular “distinctions can be explicitly justified.”The aim is that important jobs should go to those “the most qualified”––persons most likely to perform ably in a given task––and not to go to persons for arbitrary or irrelevant reasons, such as circumstances of birth, upbringing, friendship ties to whoever is in power.
The terms “the equality of opportunity” and “equal opportunity” are interchangeable, with occasional slight variations: “the equality of opportunity” has more of a sense of being an abstract political concept, while “equal opportunity” is sometimes used as an adjective, usually in the context of employment regulations, to identify an employer, a hiring approach, or law. Equal opportunity provisions have been written into regulations and have been debated in courtrooms.
