Climate is the inclination supposed sloped of the earth toward the pole. A region of the earth especially considered with reference to it's climatic conditions. It is the average course of the weather at a particular place over a period of many years as exhibited in absolute extremes, means and frequencies, given departures from these means and other weather elements.
